Chelsea and Devin, local LA residents, who have made a tradition of visiting Universal Studios Hollywood every year for Chelsea’s birthday to ride “Jurassic Park – The Ride,” set out on July 17th for the annual pilgrimage. With the ride set to close on September 3rd, to make way for the new Jurassic World version (coming in 2019), they were inspired to take things up a notch and go for the record. Arriving at the park, at open, the couple maximized their time and rode an official 62 times in 13 hours. The previous, unofficial, record was held by two best friends who rode it 60 times in a day. With just enough breaktime for a quick lunch, a few trips to the bathroom, and an engagement, the couple had a day to be remembered.
