This time, we've got a trio of cons to discuss, as we travel to the Disneyland Trade Night, the Claremont Comic and Collectibles Show, and Monsterpalooza. It was a weekend filled with cons and each had their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Listen in as we share it all.

This time, we go to Universal Studios Hollywood to partake in all things Simpsons, as Springfield soft opens. While talk about Krusty Burgers and Duff Beer are good, the podcast gets great, as Theme Park Adventure’s Rick West and Johanna Atilano crash the cast, to lend their professional lenses to Simpson (and maybe some Potter) talk. But first, we talk Fun Bun, Bear-y Tales, & Marshall Purdy doing the Macarena, as we cover the opening of Knott’s premier food and wine festival – The Boysenberry Festival. This episode is crammed with fun and calories, as two SoCal theme parks bring their “A” game this spring.

This time, we take you on a quick spin around SoCal for for different themed entertainment events. First, we travel to Knott's Berry Farm to celebrate the halfway point to Scary Farm by uniting the ghouls for March Madness. Next, we walk in Walt's shoes through LA as we eat at his beloved Tam O'Shanter and ride trains at Walt's Barn. Lastly, we get tiki with Theme Park Adventure as we get some big news from Sinister Pointe at this month's TPA Mixer at Don the Beachcomber.

First, we travel to Downtown Disneyland for the Disney Parks Blog’s Cinderella’s Royal Celebration. Next, we go to City of Industry for Frank and Son Collectible Show’s Superhero Classics Expo. Lastly, we go to La Mirada where Halloween Club provided a slice of haunt at Spook Show 3. We’ve got Disney. We’ve got cons. We’ve got a haunt. Enjoy the variety of this eclectic mix of free diversions.

There’s several surprises in store as the couple prognosticate on the future of the two universes.

On March 3rd, 1995, the great adventurer joined the park as its last true E-ticket ride and we bring you to the man who made it all possible-Tony Baxter. Enjoy a bumpy trip down memory lane as we celebrate this iconic attraction.

This time, Shawn and Carmelle visit the newly expanded Long Beach Comic Expo at the Long Beach Convention Center. In it’s 6th year, the show has undergone a big transformation by more than tripling the number of vendors & greatly expanding panel offerings. There’s much to share about the con, but they’ll also touch on their stay at the Queen Mary…an interesting stay at that.
