Coffin Creek was home to five, independently owned, haunted attractions (The Haunted Asylum at Coffin Creek, The Catacombs, The Prado Witch Trail, Shady Hollow Hayride, and The Dark Realm) and the Dark Shadow Market Place.  We attended October 20, 2017.  Coffin Creek was located at Crossroads Riverview Park, 14600 Baron Dr, Corona, CA 92880.

Warner Bros. Studios Tour, Hollywood, Horror Made Here - A Festival of Frights took place at the WB Studios, on October 19 - 21 and 26 - 28, 2017.  We attended the media preview, on October 19, 2017

Castle Dark took place Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, between October 6 - 29, 2017, at Castle Park, 3500 Polk Street, Riverside, California 92505.  During the day, Castle Park had family-fun activities.  At night, Castle Dark had roaming monsters, and mazes.  We attended October 6, 2017.

Wicked Lit, 2017, took place at Mountain View Mausoleum and Cemetery, 2300 N. Marengo Ave., Altadena, California, from September 29 – November 11, 2017.  This year, Wicked Lit consisted of three plays, The Damned Thing, Thoth’s Labyrinth, and The Open Door, and the wrap-around story was Liliom.
