"Saving Mr. Banks" Practically Perfect Preview...
The Practically Perfect Preview was presented by Disney Parks Blog on Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
Prior to a private preview screening of Disney’s “Saving Mr. Banks” at AMC Downtown Disney, there was a preview party at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The party included lots of great food, a costume contest (attendees were encouraged to dress extra dapper in their best early-’60s evening attire), several photo backdrops, and a special presentation, "A Song Writer's Carpet Bag," by Disney artist and historian Stacia Martin. "A Song Writer's Carpet Bag" included some of the stories behind the amazing music of “Mary Poppins,” written by Richard and Robert Sherman.
