Ventura's very own Multiple genre Comic Convention. This is a multi-genre convention, covering aspects of comics, anime, sci-fi, gaming, Steam Punk, horror, and everything else that is relevant in pop culture. C-4 took place at Sea side Park in Historic Ventura, CA.
